Carriages
- All the wedding shenanigans will come to a close at 12:30am.
- For those of you not staying at Ellenborough Park please order taxis in advance to collect you then.
The Venue and Accommodation

- We have exclusive use of Ellenborough Park and its sixty rooms for the wedding. We’d love you to stay with us at the venue.
- There is a special rate for the Friday night and the Saturday night rate will be half price! If you do want to stay at Ellenborough Park for the Friday and/or Saturday, please contact the hotel as soon as possible on 01242 807507 to let them know you are attending the wedding and wish to make a reservation.
- Rooms will be reserved on a first come first served basis.
- For those that are staying at Ellenborough Park for just the Saturday night, there will be an opportunity to check in to your rooms during the day, after the ceremony. You can leave your bags at reception and freshen up before the ceremony.
Other accommodation
- If there isn’t any availability at Ellenborough Park or you wish to stay elsewhere, there are lots of lovely hotels close by.
- If you do stay away, please book your taxi to and from the venue in advance to avoid any lengthy waits!
How To Get There
- The venue is located in Southam which is close to Cheltenham. It is a 15 minute taxi drive from Cheltenham railway station

- Parking – There is plenty of free parking available at the venue
- Allow yourself about 10 minutes to walk from the car park to the venue

Children and babies
- Much as we would like to invite all the children of our friends it is only possible to accommodate children of immediate family and babes in arms. Please let us know if you will be bringing your baby.

Spa treatments
- Ellenborough Park is a spa hotel!! If you would like to book a treatment for the Friday or Sunday you can do so here: Ellenborough Park Spa Treatments
- Mention that you are part of our wedding to get a 10% discount.
- There is also a heated outdoor pool that our guests can enjoy so remember your swimmers if you’re keen for a dip before the wedding!
